These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VOLTGRID store and any purchase from it. American Appliance operates this store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our posted policies.

Store use

You must provide accurate, current information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the store, misuse checkout or payment systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store in a manner that infringes another party's rights.

Products, availability, and pricing

Product information, pricing, availability, specifications, and images are presented for convenience and may be corrected or updated without notice. Colors and product presentation can vary by screen. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or correct an error before or after an order is placed, subject to applicable law. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will issue any applicable refund to the original payment method.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm shipment or otherwise clearly confirm acceptance. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the stated order total, including applicable taxes, to your selected payment method. Payment is subject to authorization and fraud review.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timing, delivery, cancellations, and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If a policy URL is unavailable in your region, the corresponding policy page in the footer governs.

Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to American Appliance and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, American Appliance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the store. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
