Thank you for shopping with Soufeel. This policy explains how we process and ship your orders.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods (such as holidays) processing may take longer.

Delivery estimates

  • United States: approximately 5–9 business days after shipment.
  • Canada and other international destinations: approximately 3–12 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, address issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping methods and fees

Available shipping methods and any applicable fees are shown at checkout. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99, free on orders over $69. Delivery usually takes 8–12 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: $15.95 ($12.99 on orders over $69). Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.

International shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and a selection of other countries. All available destinations can be found at checkout. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us at support@soufeel.shop before placing your order.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information (when available) once your order ships. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

Address changes

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an address issue.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy and include your order number and photos of the issue.
