All prices and payments on VOLTGRID are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is collected through the secure checkout experience provided by our ecommerce and payment partners.

Accepted cards

Where available at checkout, we accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Available payment methods may vary based on your location, card issuer, and payment-provider authorization.

Authorization and security

Payment authorization is required before an order can be processed. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our store. Card payments are processed by authorized payment providers, and we may use fraud-prevention measures to protect customers and the store.

Payment issues and refunds

If a charge is declined or an authorization cannot be completed, the order may not be processed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Refund Policy. Bank or card-issuer processing times may apply.
