Free standard shipping We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States. The available shipping method and any applicable limitations will be shown at checkout.

Order and address information Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you need help with an address issue. Once an order has entered fulfillment or is with a carrier, we may not be able to change the address or cancel the shipment.

Include your order number, the email used for the purchase, a clear description of the issue, and photos or other reasonable evidence of the damage or incorrect item. Before sending anything back Do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving written return instructions. We may ask you to keep the item, provide additional evidence, or return it using the method we specify. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
