Eligible claims We accept return or refund requests only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the item you ordered. Include your order number, the email used for the purchase, a clear description of the issue, and photos or other reasonable evidence of the damage or incorrect item. Before sending anything back Do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving written return instructions. We may ask you to keep the item, provide additional evidence, or return it using the method we specify. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
