Free standard shipping We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders shipped within the United States. The available shipping method and any applicable limitations will be shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates Order processing: 1–2 business days after payment authorization, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Estimated transit time: 4–6 business days after shipment. Estimated total delivery time: approximately 5–8 business days from order placement. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, high-volume periods, and events outside our control may affect delivery.

Order and address information Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if you need help with an address issue. Once an order has entered fulfillment or is with a carrier, we may not be able to change the address or cancel the shipment.

Tracking and delivery When tracking is made available by the carrier, we will provide it to the email used at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass as required by applicable law and the carrier's delivery record may be used when reviewing a delivery issue.

Damaged or incorrect orders If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

We want your order to arrive as described. This policy applies to purchases from VOLTGRID shipped within the United States.

Eligible claims We accept return or refund requests only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the item you ordered. We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, buyer's remorse, an item that is no longer wanted, accidental damage after delivery, normal wear, or an incorrect address supplied at checkout.

30-day claim window Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the email used for the purchase, a clear description of the issue, and photos or other reasonable evidence of the damage or incorrect item. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before sending anything back Do not return an item without contacting us first and receiving written return instructions. We may ask you to keep the item, provide additional evidence, or return it using the method we specify. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Resolution and refund timing After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate resolution. If we ask you to return a confirmed damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label or other return instructions at no cost to you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time it takes for the credit to appear can depend on your bank or card issuer.
